Parents Group for the Performing Arts (PGPA) is a non-profit organization that
subsidizes the education and opportunities of Peacock School of Dance students.
PGPA Fundraising helps the students by providing financial assistance in many areas,
such as opportunities to attend workshops, provide monies for piano accompaniment
in ballet exams, and help to cover costs associated with competitive teams. The PGPA
raises funds through charity bingo volunteering, bake sales, basket raffles, BBQs, The
Mill Greenhouse campaigns, Italo-Canadian Hall Pasta Nights, Trivia Nights, selling
flowers on recital weekend and other retail fundraising programs through local
representatives.
